Booking information
When you use our booking system you will be transferred to a secure environment where you can enter your credit card details. Credit card details are held as security only. We charge payment to your card when you check in to the Lodge on your day of arrival. Should you have booked a non refundable rate then payment may be taken at anytime after booking. In the case of room unavailability, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss other available options.
Please let us know (when you are booking) if you need a late check in, or check out. We will endeavour to accommodate your requirements where possible.
Before you arrive
Our check in times are between 2pm and 8pm, and check out is before 11am. Please be aware Westwood Lodge does not operate a 24 hour reception/check-in. Should you require a check in after 8pm please contact the Lodge, a day prior to arrival so arrangements can be made.
